Do you get tired of countless things climbing you everyday... well, maybe not.

Play as Mount Neverest and get those pesky mountain climbers off of you!

This game was made for the 2023 GMTK Game Jam in 48 hours. 

The topic for this game jam was Roles Reversed. 

Meet the Climbers

Scrub - He has no idea what he's doing but he doesn't care. He came with no gear and a lot of confidence. He's a little confused, but he's got the spirit!

Buster - Pumped and ready, he's fueled by six cans of Red Bull and pure determination. When he feels he's getting close to the summit, he lets adrenaline take over and starts climbing at double speed. He might bust a knee on the way, but that won't stop him.

Ropey - Unlike the others, she brought a rope, so you know she means business. Preferring to rather be safe than sorry, she's equipped with the right gear and the right attitude. If things ever go south, she can quickly pull herself up in a pinch and survive the first drop.  

Camper -  She took "safety first" to heart and came prepared. REALLY prepared. She's here to play it safe and to play the long game. When night falls, she's got a comfy tent ready and the appropriate snacks to camp out the cold hard night. With a good nights sleep, she's a pretty tough cookie to deal with.

Chad -  He ain't here to play. This beastly unit is a man on a mission, and that mission is to conquer mount Neverest, the only other thing bigger than he is. A descendent of Chuck Norris (probably), he needs nothing more than good sunscreen and his lucky bandana to survive the journey. If he ever reaches the summit, the mountain might lose a few inches in height from the weight of his massive balls alone.
